3. Offer letter and deposit: receive your official offer letter and pay the 20% deposit.
4. Agreement and instalments: sign the sale agreement and begin 24 equal monthly instalments on the remaining 80%.

What you need: a copy of your National ID, your KRA PIN certificate, and the KES 100,000 booking fee. If you prefer mortgage financing, you can speak to your lender directly.
