Nairobi has more listings than anyone has weekends. My job is to make sure you never waste a Saturday viewing a home you were never going to buy.

I start by listening — budget, commute, schools, how you actually live — then I walk the shortlist before you do. If a place photographs well but disappoints in person, you hear it from me first. By the time we book a viewing, every option on the list deserves to be there.
