The team
The people behind the block
A small team, one standard: do the homework, tell it straight, reply the same day.
Block is deliberately small. Every listing, valuation and viewing passes through the same few hands — the ones on this page. No call centres, no handoffs, no “let me check with the team and get back to you”.
The promise is simple: we check everything before you see it, we tell you what we actually think, and a real person replies the same day. That only works because everyone here can stand behind every answer.

Same-day replies
Ask us anything, Monday to Saturday, 7am to 9pm. A person answers, not a bot.
Homework first
Title searches, approvals, developer records, comparables — checked before you view, not after you ask.
Straight answers
If a deal is bad, we say so. Even when it costs us the commission.
Talk to a person, not a pipeline.
Tell us what you’re trying to do — buy, sell, rent, or hand over the keys and the headaches. Whoever replies is someone on this page.
