The Layouts

Type B — 61.11 sqm (658 sqft) A well-proportioned single-bedroom home with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area and a bedroom set quietly apart. Bright and easy to run, with two on each residential floor. Guide prices from KES 6.71M.

Type D — 61.56 sqm (663 sqft) Similar in size to Type B but with a distinct layout and orientation, and the most accessible guide price of the one-bedroom homes. A practical choice for a first home or a city base. Two per floor, with pricing varying slightly by orientation. Guide prices from KES 6.575M.

Type F — 66.59 sqm (717 sqft) The most spacious of the one-bedroom layouts, with a more generous open living area for those who want extra room without stepping up to two bedrooms. With just one Type F per floor, it is the least numerous of the one-bed homes. Guide prices from KES 7.312M.
