About Me

The exciting part of property is the keys. The important part is everything before that — the title search, the approvals, the clauses in the sale agreement that quietly shift risk onto you. That part is mine.

I handle the checks that keep our promises honest: verifying ownership at the Lands Registry, confirming approvals against the actual documents, reading agreements line by line before anyone signs. It is not glamorous work, but it is the reason our clients sleep well between deposit and handover.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Kenyatta University and am a member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK).

I read the fine print so you don’t have to.
