125 sqm – the entry layout

At KES 14,000,000 to KES 15,100,000 this is the entry point to the two-bedroom range. At 125 sqm it offers meaningfully more floor area than the 80 to 100 sqm two-bedrooms commonly found in the neighbourhood at a broadly similar price point. On a 20% deposit the booking figure at KES 14,000,000 is KES 2,800,000.

135 sqm – the larger layout

Ten square metres more than the 125 sqm layout, priced at KES 15,600,000 to KES 16,900,000. The additional area widens the living space and increases storage. At this size the apartment sits close to entry-level three-bedroom pricing in Kilimani, with the trade being two larger rooms rather than three smaller ones – which suits a couple, or a household that values room size over room count.

Who the 2 Bedroom Suits

Yaya Centre, Adlife Plaza and Prestige Plaza are the nearest shopping and dining, and schools and hospitals in the Kilimani catchment are in the surrounding area.
